One of the cows in the offering is “Fairdale Colantha Cadillac,” 7261bs fat C.O.R. (a winner of Show Championships and a proved butterfat produeer) and she was sired by “hairdale Colantha Echo.” a Champion prize winner at Palmerston North Show. It is from those butterfat strains the present herd has been built up. Eight of the heifers taken into the herd last -year were from dams returning over 4001bs butterfat. The Cows have been depasturing with “Fairdale Champion Buster” whose grand dam “Fairdale Segis Bell’’ traces hark to “King Segis of Friesland Park.” Eight of the cows will he ill milk. 9 are duo in May to July, 10 in August and the balance in September, as thi? herd has been milked for City and School supply.
