Friday's sessions concluded the compe- • titivo part of the Manawatu competitions festival, the final touch to be given to-night by a grand demonstration concert which will feature the prizewinners. The great success of the festival has been duo largely to the organisation and hard work of the officials and voluntary helpers behind tlu> scenes, and to the splendid cooperation of all concerned.
