KNOWLES—On April 20, 1944, at a private hospital. Palmerston North, Ethel I>ouisa Knowles, dearly beloved sister of Mesdamcs W. B. Giesen (Tauranga), O. Johnson and W. Thome (Auckland), Herbert (Shannon) and John (Wellington), and dearly loved Aunt of Bob (Auckland), Elsie, Stanley, Lcs and Reg (Palmerston North) and Milton (overseas).
