ALL persons must, enrol who are British subjects, married or single, not under 21 years of age,' resident twelve months in the Dominion and in the City of Palmerston North for the three months last, past, or who have served outside New Zealand'in connection with the present War with His Majesty's Naval, Military or Air Forces, or in any British Ship which was riot a Home Trade Ship within the meaning of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1908, and are residing in the City.
