R.A.F. KEEPS UP ATTACKS

ENEMY'S PLANE LOSSES LONDON. Jan. 13. The R.A.F. continued the air offensive on Europe to-day when targets in Northern France were attacked. Eight enemy fighters were shot down. One of our

planes failed to return. United States Headquarters report that it is now known that in Tuesday's big raid on Germany 152 enemy fighters were destroyed. London had an air raid alert to-night, the first for fight days. Since the war began more than 48,000 people have been killed in air raids on Britain.
