Sympathy in the death of Mr H. B. Osborne was expressed with Mrs Osborne and family at a meeting of the Foxton Harbour Board to-day. Appreciation of his services was placed on record, a feeling tribute being paid to the late Mr Osborne by the chairman (Mr J. A. Nash).
