STOPWORK MEETING
A stop-work meeting of the Foxton woolpack and textile employees was held on Thursday, being called as a protest over alleged dusty conditions which the workers declare, exist in tho handling and working of jiite. After considerable discussion an adjournment was made for 10 days in.order to sec if some agreement over the desired improvements could he reached between the workers and those ia authority.
