PREMIER AND PRESIDENT
(Rec. 11.20 a.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 2. President Roosevelt and Mr Churchill are spending considerable time in conference in Washington to-day, and have another scheduled appointment . with General Dutra, the Brazilian War Minister. Mr Churchill is scheduled to have separate appointments with General Marshall (United States Army chief) and various members of the British military staffs and Chiefs of Missions. Mr Churchill and President Roosevelt talked last night until 1 a.m. —Official Wireless.
