CB.i "Nanette") - Mr and Mrs J. Stevenson, of "Wellington, are the guests of Mr and Mrs J. March, of Featherston Street. Miss J. Reynolds, president of the Wellington St. Helens Hospital Student Nurses' Association, is attending the North Island section conference of the Student Nurses', Association in Palmerston North. \"-.'-. Good attendances were welcomed at the euchre and 500 parties at the National Club on Tuesday and Wednesday. Prizes were won by Mesdames Stevens and F. Tictzens and Mr Mason (euchre) and 'Mrs Stevens and Mr S. Rawcliffe (500). Before the opening of the North Island conference of the Student Nurses' Association in Palmerston North yesterday, an impressive service was held at St. Peter's Church, Terrace End, conducted by Rev. F. S. Ramson. In a short address, Mr Ramson stressed the privilege of service and -reminded those present that it was not what they got out of a vocation that counted, but what they put into it.
