OVERSEAS NEWS.
(Rec. 1 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 27. The Berlin radio announced that Germany is sending raw materials to Italian factories for the manufacture of goods for German use. Italy is sending workers to Germany to help to meet the labour shortage in the factories. The Vichy radio says that General Franco has decreed compulsory social insurance for manual workers in Spain.
