ANOTHER NAZI LIE
SINKING OF TRANSPORTS
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright.) (Rcc. 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 29. It is authoritatively stated that the enemy claim to have sunk United States troop transports in the Atlantic is quite untrue. The German High Command stated that the three ships sunk in the North Atlantic (mentioned in the special communique published yesterday) were the Viceroy of India, the Reina del Pacifico, and the Derbyshire.
