STILL RESISTING
RUGBY, Sept. 26.
The Paris radio announced that the Governor of Madagascar (M. Annet) has established new headquarters at Fort Dauphin, on the east coast of Madagascar, near the islands on the southern extremity. He had not given in and orders for resistance would now be issued from Fort Dauphin. The following communique has been issued by the G.O.C. East Africa : Since the occupation of Antananarivo one of our columns has moved eastward out of the capital to make contact with our troops advancing from Brickaville, whose leading elements yesterday reached Moramanga.—Official Wireless.
