WELLINGTON.Mar 25 Tlic Minister of bupply (Mr Sullivan) has stated that arrange.'ients arc being made with the oil companies and resellers to fill a large number of tanks on petrol stations. The Minister appealed to all holders of empty 44-gallon drums to return these at the earliest possible moment to the nearest company depot. “These arrangements,” saul the Minister, “arc being made in order that all the storage capacity in the country will be utilised to the maximum extent for the storage of motorspirit, and aviation fuel oil. 'I lie companies and resellers are co-opciating with the Government in this matter and the licensed road transport industry is prepared to assist in the transport of empty drums in rural areas.
