MURDER CHARGE.

(Rec. 5.5 a.in.) LONDON, Nov. 12. Philip Jose'ph "Ward, aged 31, a gunner in the Royal Artillery, was to-day charged at the Acton Police Court with the murder of Leslie Francis Ludford, a solicitor, who was fatally wounded hv the gunman who killed two persons and wounded five others yesterday morning. Ward was remanded for medical examination. Another woman victim of (lie gunman lias died in hospital.
