YOUTH PLEDGED.
CATTLE FOR VICTORY. RUGBY, Oct. 11. A youth rally for victory at which 20 nations were represented took place in London to-day. Messages from tne King and the Prime Minister (Air Churchill) were read at the opening of the conference, which was performed bv the Minister of Labour (Mr Levin).
