Mr IT. )’. Lawry, S.AI., presided at a sitting of the Alagistrate’s Court to-day. I. A (tick, of Awahuri,. was charged with having no driver’s license and no warrant of fitness; a fine of 10s with costs IS-, was imposed on the first charge, and a lino of ss. with costa 10a, on the second. If. B. W. Boys, stock agent, of Hastings, was charged with crossing the railway line on the Square when it was not clear; a fine of .07, with costs 10a, was imposed. J. W. Dansby pleaded guilty to failing to give way to traffic on bis right and was fined ,C2. with costs 10s. E. G. Bowden pleaded guilty by lelier to a charge of having no warrant of fitness for his ear and of having no driver’s license; a fino of 10s, with costs 10s, was imposed on the first charge, and .Cl, costs 10s, on the second. For permitting horses to wander on Reserve Road. 11. W. Fisher was fined 106, wi th costs 12s.
