LONDON, July 14. The Now Zealand Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) spent, an hour at Devonport shaking hands and chatting with naval ratings and representatives ot the Army and R.A.F. from i<c\y Zealand. After taking the salute at the march. past he expressed appreciation of their smartness and efficiency. "Instead of the Germans spreading fear and consternation in our hearts they have aroused a deeper determination to send all the help we can to the Mother Country' and to co-operate with other Dominions and our Allies so that this evil thing will be abolished for ever from the earth," he said.
