FEILDING SALE.
The Associated Auctioneers report, on the Fcilding stock sale: —There was a full yarding of fat sheep and prices for both wethers and owes can bo quoted fully firm. Tile quality was quite good. The store sheep section consisted principally of breeding ewes, which met with a ready sale and there was a much better demand than the previous week. One line of outstanding ewes offered on behalf of Mr Loo Harding, of Woodville. were keenly sought after; they had been running with the Romney ram and were sold 111 two cuts; the 4-th ewes were sold at 33* 6d and the 6-tli and 4-year ewes were sold at 29s 6d and 29s 4d. Other breeding owes sold on a par. Ilogget values were on a par with recent sales. There was a lairly heavy yarding of dairy cuttle and these met with a reauy sale. T here was a moderate entry of station cattle and these sold freely at late rates. A heavy yarding of fat cuttlo sold readily and recent values wore fully maintained.
