HELP IN WAR EFFORT.

ATLANTA (Georgia). May 19. At the Federal Penitentiary 1000 p'risoners have increased production of defence articles by 100 per cent, in a month. The increase lias followed the warden’s appeal to prove that men in prison are not onlv loyal and decent, but ready to do whatever is asked to help end the present state of world affairs. The men are producing shell covers, powder bags, and flying packs.
