ABETTOR OF HESS.

(Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Alav 19. Air-General Willibald -Spang, the head of the Luftwaffe’s Aleteorological Office, is now implicated in the Hess affair, says the Daily Express. Hess carried weather charts which must have been calculated by an expert weather man.

The Gestapo has ordered a thorough investigation of Spang’s staff and unless Spang produces the culprit he is likely to be removed.
