The order, which has been made by tin Minister ot Labour and National Service, is designed to maintain and make the most effective use of the labour force of Ihe coal-mining industry and ensure for the men sta-I bilit.v of employment on satisfactory conditions. . It includes restrictions on the right I of employers to discharge work people i and ol work people to leave their cm- I ploynieut.
