IN DIVORCE
Two undefended divorce cases were heard by His Honour Mr Justice Blair in (he Supreme Court to-day as follow : Herbert Rid win Rankin, a soldier, formerly a farmer, of Palmerston North (Mr G. J. MoC Iregor) v. Alice Caroline Rankin, of Nelson.—Decree nisi, to bo moved absolute after three months. Letiord Trevor Archibald, a soldier, formerly a labourer, of Palmerston North (Mr L. M. Ahvaham) v. Catherine Lucy Archibald, of Palmerston North (Mr F. J. Oakley)-. Robert Bruce Anderson, labourer, of Wai kanae, was named as co-respondent.— Decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months.
