(1.40 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 12. The House Military Affairs Committee has approved of legislation removing all statutory limits on the size of the army. General Arnold, the aviation Chipf of Staff, asserted to-day that the Air Corps was rapidly getting ready for a trial by battle. The Senate Commerce Committee, bv 11 votes to 4. approved of the Bill authorising the requisitioning of foieign ships. I
