A Pros Association message states that an oppo-cum which entered the Weston electricity sub-station on Saturday evening caused a switch blow out, resulting in a stoppage of the power supply throughout North Otago for 20 minutes. A fishing launch valued at about £6OO, the property of Manuel Arproloupoe, &tolen from Oamaru harbour on Saturday night. It was taken two miles out to sea and sunk in 30ft of water. — Press Association.
