Rugby.—lt is learned in London from -a Scandinavian source that during the first- four months this vear 10 Swedish ships arriven at Gothenburg through the German minefields of the Skagerrak with supplies from America and Britain, and tnat six ships have left port. This was made possible by special arrangement with the British and German Governments. It has been costly, however, in lives and ships. In spite of the agreement, several ships have been sunk by the Germans. It is therefore doubtful it the traffic can be continued.
