WOUNDED IN ACTION

PRIVATE R. D. BRAYSTTAW. Advice lias teen received by Airs E. L. Braysliaw, of Alain Street, to tho effect that her son. Private Ray Danbv Braysliaw, a member of the Second N.Z.E.E.. has been wounded in action. Private Braysliaw enlisted for service overseas at the outbreak of the war. He was tern in Palmerston North and educated at the Hokow.hitu School. After leaving school lie was employed by a local firm', but later joined the Railway Department. He was transferred from Palmerston North to Auckland and later to Whangarei, where he was working at the time of his enlistment.
