DAY FOR OUTSIDERS. (rrcfs Assn.) HAW ERA, May 11. Outsidem paid handsome dividends on tlie second day ol' the Egmoin meeting. Ra lion Hou caused a sensation in the Champion i’latc, paying nearly a century win dividend. In the Shorts Sea Link’s dividend was approximately two-thirds of a century, laird Cavendish, in the Mokoia Handicap, and Aurora’s Star, in the Davidson Handicap, also paid big prices. The inquiry adjourned until this morning into the running of Minority in* the Hywora Handicap on Thursday was concluded and the stewards decided to take no action. The totalizator handled £23 >273, compared with £23,572 lust year. The total for the meeting was £39,754, as against. £41.744. Results;—
