London.—Vichy statements about Erec French and British troops menacing French Somaliland are denied in London. Jt is stated that there arcno troops in Zcila, the coastal town near Jibuti, and British troops in adjacent territory have no offensive intention against the French, but arc merely occupying enemy territory.
