LONGBURN SCHOOL

The Lottgbtirn School Committee met this week, Mr J. Callescn being in the chair, It was decided to have a "working bee" a little later to clean up the garden and hedges in order to conserve the school funds. The. apples which have been arriving at the school for some time are very much appreciated by the children. The committee was very well supported at a "working bee' held lately to do fillings and lay down a. lawn. Unfortunately some irresponsible persons are causing quite a lot of destruction to the school grounds and the committee have put this matter in the hands of the police J
