THE MAYORAL ELECTION Mr A. K. Mansford, the sitting candidate for the Mayoralty, will address the electors at the Opera House on Monday evening next, commencing at 8 p.m. Mr Mansford will give a full exposition of the financial position of the city, with particular reference to the last three years.
