THE MAYORAL ELECTION Mr A. K. Mansford, the sitting candidate for the Mayoralty, will address the electors at the Opera House on Monday evening next, commencing at 8 p.m. Mr Mansford will give a full exposition of the financial position of the city, with particular reference to the last three years. This will be the first meeting to be addressed by him in the campaign, and the attendance is expected to be large.
