PRICE OF TIN.
LONDON, April 29. The price of tin is quoted as follows: Spot, buyers £269 5s a ton, sellers £269 10s; forward, buyers £265 15s, sellers £266.
Rugby.—Though milk consumption in Britain in the past year has risen by nearly 20 per cent, above the prewar figure there is no likelihood of any shortage in the next six months.
