HOROWHENUA
(From Our Own Correspondent.) A number of residents of Otaki on Monday night waited on Mr L. G. Lowrv, M.P., at his residence, requesting him to stand for the mayoralty. Mr Lowry decided that, owing to Parliamentary and other duties, ho would be unable to accede to the request.
