LONDON. April 2S. The Rome radio has resumed its threatening tone to Switzerland. In, a broadcast last night, Switzerland was warned of “the folly of remaining blind to the reorganisation of Europe., under the Axis Powers.” Russia has also been charged, this time in an Italian review, with encouraging resistance to the Axis by her declaration of neutrality which was made to Turkey last month, “is definitely conducive to new conflict.”
