THAI CELEBRATIONS
BANGKOK, April 27. The Premier (Mr Puang Bipul) reviewed 30,000 men oj : the armed forces in a three-hour victory parade which included 100 warplanes roaring overhead. Thousands of spectators crowded the streets and cheered the troops who had returned from the Indo-Chma front.
