Mrs W. S Mountain, of Rotorua, has been visiting lier father, Mi Oscar Mon rad, of Palmerston North. • Mr and Mrs J. A. McLeavey, who have been spending a holidav with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr and Mrs Alan McLeavey, of Auckland, have returned to their home in Albert Street. The friends of Mrs M. Wagstaff, of j Pohangina, who lias been in a private hospital, will bo pleased to know she has recovered sufficiently to bo able! to leave the hospital, and is now convalescing at the residence of her daughter, Mrs Andrews, of 11 Alfred Street. In the report of the women’s section of the National Party appearing on Saturday last, it was stated that Mrs \V. F. Field had urged members to attend the United Guild. Mrs Field mentioned that an invitation had been j extended to members to view a‘display of work at the guild on the following day. I
