PLOT IN JAPAN

T'OKIO. April 9. A vast assassination and arson conspiracy, which was directed against Japanese political, financial, educational, and other leaders, was revealed by the Japanese authorities yesterday, when they lifted the ban against publication of ihe happening in the Press. The plot was staged on August 5. 1910. Thirty persons who were arrested were said to have planned assassinations in order to “destroy the Shognnate and restore Imperial rule.”
