A.N.A. CLUB.
Recently the A.N.A. Club decided to extend its activities to provide refreshments at the club on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and, at the request of the committee, the district committee of the Women’s War Service Auxiliary invited representatives of women’s organisations to attend a. meeting in the Opera House supper room, last evening, to arrango'for servicing the club. Miss C. War bur ton presided and about 40 organisations were represented. All present signified the willingness of tliejr organisations to help and jn addition, at Airs G. A. Eliott’s request, a number intimated that their organisations would assist with games. It was pointed out that the catering committee would procure the provisions, the various organisations being asked to do the servicing and clearing up, hut the addition of home-cooked scones, buns, preserves and 6alads would he acceptable.
