SWIMMING.

To-morrow afternoon the West End Swimming Club is holding a grand carnival in' the West End baths. Very large entries have been received from swimmers in the surrounding district and members of local clubs are competing. In the evening at 8 p.m., in the West End School, a dance is t being held. A professional orchestra has been engaged, and the catering is in the hands of an energetic ladies’ committee.
