RABBITSKIN SALE.
DUNEDIN, March 11. A rabbitskin sale held here to-day. It was expected that an exceptionally good market would be met with Cii at present exporters arc holding good orders on United States account. This was fully realised and values showed a marked appreciation, the rise being from 8d to 14d per lb. The official range of prices is r.u follows:—Small, 363 d to 41id per lb; runners, to 48d; light racks, 52d to 55d; prime racks, to 53d; summers, 43d to dawny autumns, 54d to 56d; first early, autumns, 56d to 59d; winter bucks, shotted, 90d to 94gd; winter does, spotted, to outgoing winter bucks, 68d to B|id; outgoing winter does, 54d to spring bucks, 52d to 63d; spring does, 44d to 46d; first milky, 47|d to milkv, 43d to 443 d; summer broken, 43£d to 46£d; fawns, 40d to 51d; summer black, 41d to 44j,d; hareskins, 30(1 to 31id; horsehair, 29d to second ferrets, 2s 9d to 3s Id; third ferrets, 4d to Is Id.
