(2.25 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 7. President Roosevelt has formally created a new super-agency to control rearmament, headed by Messrs Knudsen and Hillman, on whom falls the responsibility for transforming economy to a war /basis. The Naval and IV ar Secretaries are also members.
