Heavy crops, of good quality, maturing in the warm breeze, demand all available labour lor spoeuy garnering while the favourable conditions hold. After an absence of about AO years, Mr D. Simpson, of Oamaru, accompanied by his Wife and daughter, is visiting Woodville and making contact with old friends, including some of his school-mates. Air Simpson's father was prominent in the building trade here at an early period, one of many landmarks standing to his credit being the Post Office Hotel.
