On Saturday representatives of the Alanawatu Croquet Association played a team from Wanganui at the Manawatu Club’s greens. Results wore as follow (Wanganui players mentioned first):—Singles: Air AIoClymont lost to Mrs Gambrill, 17—26; AJr Jarvie lost to Airs Anstis, 14—26; Air Ogier beat Mrs Petrie, 26—13; Airs Brass beat Mrs Simpson, 26—11; Mr Harrison lost to Mrs Wood, 18—26; Air Shcild lost to Airs Nicholson, 1—26. Doubles: Mr McClyniont and Mr Jarvie lost to Mesdamcs Gambrill and Anstis, 4—26; Airs Brass and Air Ogier beat Alesdamcs Petrie and Simpson, 26—6; Airs Harrison and Air Shield lest to Mesdamcs Nicholson and Wood, 24—26.—Wanganui, 3 games, 157 points; Manawatu, 6 games, 186 points.

All grades of the Palmerstop North Ladies’ Golf Club will play a medaf round to-morrow. Players to chose their own partners or havo ''them arranged at the links.
