BIG GUN DUEL.

LONDON, -Nov. 17. The crash of long-range guns and the noise of shells were heard in South Coast towns this evening, when tile British and German guns fought a duel for three hours. The cannonade followed large-scale -attacks on the German bases by the R.A.F., the flashes of which lit up the sky from Dunkirk to Le Havre.
