AFRICAN THEATRE.
QUIET GENERALLY. (British Official Wireless) . (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 23. A communiqile issued at Cairo to-day states that it is quiet on all fronts. An Italian communique says the R.A.F. attacked troops between - Solium and Sidi Barrani, causing some casualties. They also attacked Burgavo, Asmara, and Gura without result.
