YUGOSLAVIA'S HOPE.
» BELGRADE, Oct. 22. The Premier (M. Tsvetkovitch), in a speech said: "Thank God. (-.vents are now fairly crystallised. We have a clear international situation. Our foreign policv must be to avoid any adventure leading us from peace.' He added that the agreement wit'i Germany allowed Yugoslavia complete economic freedom. The Government's first care must be the preservation of internal concord and also the assurance of adequate provisioning for winter. -
