JAPANESE TO GO HOME.
(Ree. 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 2. A member of the Japanese Embassy stated tliat a number of Japanese residents of London a.re contemplating returning home in view of decreased business. There are about 780 Japanese in London, mostly connected with business. Their desire is purely voluntary. Some are staying on because no Japanese ship is available.
