BELGIAN CONGO.
RELATIONS WITH BRITAIN. LONDON, Oct. 1. The Governor-General of the Belgian Congo announced that important developments could be expected in the relations between Britain and the Congo. Probably Britain would assist the colony financially. Lord Hailey, hcjad of a British economic mission, has arrived at Leopoldville, where ; a British military mission is already conferring with the Congo authorities.
