WAR FINANCE.
DEBATE IN HOUSE
(By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 2.
War finance will be discussed by tho House of Representatives to-night, the debate being taken in public. There is a probability of the Opposition taking this opportunity of dealing with the compulsory war loan in respect to which members have received manv representations. The regulations relating to the compulsory loan were tabled yesterday.
