FRENCHMEN IN AMERICA
Received September 5. 12.7 p.m. NEW YORK, Sept. 4. The former French Consul at Philadelphia' (M. Pazor.v) has made a statement that General de Gaullo is fighting to the finish. Simultaneously, the Commercial Counsellor to the Embassy (M. Gar-reau-Dombasle) lias ignored Marshal Petain’s order to return to France. He declared: “I am' working to liberate France.”
