MUTTON FRITTERS. Cut cold -mutton into thin slices and season with salt and pepper. Chop any left-over vegetables finely, add a little . chopped parsley, a little grated onion; and form into cork, shapes. Roll; each : shape in a slice of mutton . roll np and fasten with a toothpick. They may be rolled in. thin slices of fat bacon as well, then dip in batter and'frv'until a golden brown. Drain well and serve with potato loaf.
